Finally the new museum dedicated to Freddie Mercury in Zanzibar is open. In the city of Stone Town, the place that gave birth to the leader of the Queen, finally a proper place is dedicated to the memory of Freddie Mercury.

Born from the passion of an italian businessman and a friend of Bulsari family, the Freddie Mercury museum is in the house where he was born in Zanzibar.

Before just few pictures in front the entrance of what is now a hotel were commemoring the birth place of the star.

Inside we can see some inedits picture of Zanzibar and of his private life, included a copy of his certificate of birth. Unluckily is not allowed to take picture inside, excluded of the main room, where you can see his original jacket and his piano.

 

For sure if you are a fan you have one more good reason to visit Zanzibar magic archipelago.
